  • Original Artwork

All original pieces of artwork have been photographed to best illustrate the texture and colours in their truest form. However, there may be slight differences when seeing the work in real life - this is unfortunately unavoidable, but I will do my best to ensure I show accurate images in my online store. If you would like to see additional photographs in varying lights ahead of purchase, please contact me and this can be arranged.

All work is original and hand painted by myself, Samantha Campbell. Any likeness to other existing works is purely coincidental. If you wish to share my artwork, please tag me in the post and if it is to be used in a public setting of any sort please ensure permission is granted before distribution.

  • Prints

All prints are of my own original artwork and are hand signed. I stock A3, A4 and 12x12 prints - but if you require a different size please contact me and this can be arranged. Prints are sold unframed and are sent in a plastic display sleeve with a foam backing board to ensure they do not bend in transit. If you would like your print mounted and framed, please contact me.

  • Commissions

I am happy to complete commissions of varying sizes and in either watercolour or acrylic. Occasionally I also use coloured pencil. I am happy to work on portraits of pets but in order to do so I require high quality photographs to ensure that I can work to capture the personality of your pet. I will send you drafts of your commission throughout the process, where you can make adjustments to ensure the piece is exactly what you are looking for. Costs will vary dependant on the size, material used and time taken to complete.

  • Packaging and Shipping

All unframed prints will be placed inside a plastic presentation sleeve along with a business card. There will also be a foam backing board to ensure no bending. Framed items will be bubble wrapped and packaged within a box to ensure safety during transit. Canvases will also be bubbled wrapped and boxed for shipping.

:All UK and international orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise on the product description. A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is dispatched where your parcel can be tracked through the appropriate website. Shipping times vary for UK and international orders; UK orders expected to arrive within 2-5 working days post shipping time, and international within 28 days post shipping time.

For large items (greater than 46 x 46 x 61cm) they will be sent via courier for both UK and International orders. These orders can then be tracked via the provided website using the tracking number that is provided after purchase. These items are both tracked and insured to the value of the item shipped. Again, shipping times and costs vary dependant on size. UK orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days post shipping time and international orders within 28 days post shipping time.

  • Returns

Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged in transit. If this happens, please send images of the damage to samanthacampbell.artist@gmail.com and I will get back to you to resolve the issue.
